Hello everyone– I hope this finds you safe and well!
As you know, the town hall has been closed to the public since mid-March due to the Covid 19 pandemic. It has been a very difficult time for us all. We at town hall have been working remotely and occasionally in the office since then. We have been doing all business by mail, which has been working well. The town hall will begin a phased reopening this week and next week and will reopen full time beginning Monday, July 13th, but will only be allowing residents in the building by appointment. We are all expected to follow social distancing regulations. We have been instructed to work from home when possible and to continue to do business by mail. The public is encouraged only to visit town hall if absolutely necessary. Things will look different at the Town Clerk’s office when you enter town hall. For safety reasons, you will no longer be able to enter the office, but will instead do business through a window.
I would like to give you some information on doing business by mail.
