Buildings & Grounds

We maintain all town owned buildings including Town Hall, Legion, Lions, Lathrop, Teen Center, Holmes Whaley Lake Civic, Clubhouse, and Highway.  From cleaning of the buildings to repairing damage to improving and updating all buildings.  For the Grounds we take care of over 400 acres of town property.  Lakeside Park, Murrow Park, Holmes Park, and Dutcher golf course.  From mowing to our Forestry management plan to our lakes, ponds, dams, and playgrounds.  We install docks in the spring and maintain all 5 ballfields.  We set up for events from the triathlon down to pavilion and building rentals.  We also help out in the community from putting up events on the sign board by Key Bank to picking up food from the Food bank for the Resource Center every couple of months.
