Latest News & Information
Good morning –
At approximately 9:20 PM last night, we received a call-out alarm at our Lower Baxter Well location. Upon arrival, it was discovered that a 30” water main had ruptured. Our water operators have been on site throughout the night working diligently on isolating the leak. We are asking that ALL residents conserve water while this leak is located and repaired. Please limit usage to only necessary tasks as our water storage tank level has been significantly impacted. Please be advised, if water conservation is not practiced, this may result in a “Boil Water” situation for all Village of Pawling and Town of Pawling Water District # 1 users.
We will keep all users updated on this situation as information becomes available to us. We will be posting information on our website – www.villageofpawling.org and will be posting to our Village of Pawling Facebook page.
